About DJ Roog
DJ Roog is one of Holland’s most renowned and consistent house artists. He burst on the scene in the late 90’s, standing out as a skillful DJ and a gifted producer, and as a staunch advocate of soulful house. He has been in the studio with Todd Terry, Roger Sanchez, David Penn and Erick Morillo, and has released on seminal labels like Kerri Chandler’s Madhouse, and (as Hardsoul with his brother) Defected and Strictly Rhythm. Throughout the years, Roog has developed his own style, and his own work methods.
